Wine tasting in Montefioralle

Our winery organizes private wine tastings by appointment arranged in advance. According to the request it is possible to organize the tasting in our wine-shop on the main road of Montefioralle or on the premises of the winery just outside the hamlet.
In that occasion, during wine tasting, Fernando will be happy to spend some time with you explaining particular issues about the making of his wines, together with anecdotes, legends and all you want to know about tuscan history and the territory of the Black Rooster. Depending on the season the wine-tastings can be done both inside the cellar-building and outside, in front of it, in the middle of the vineyard looking at one of the most beautiful panoramas of the world: the countryside of the florentine chianti-hills and the hamlet of Montefioralle.

While tasting our wines, Fernando will be pleased to show you our vineyards and cellar. He will explain all the single steps of wine-making from first fermentation on to vinification and bottling.
